The best Niagara Kingston trip ever
Amanda was absolutely amazing. She got everything that I had asked for, the Falls view the hot tub, and all the excursions and restaurants and shopping.Amanda even got us ponchos for the falls in Niagara. She was fast and efficient and made our trip extra special. Highly recommended

Amanda was our wonderful travel agent for our trip to Jamaica. She made everything seamless and made sure we were always happy and enjoying ourselves. Amanda was wonderful and very friendly. She advocated for us when we had flight delays, she got us a room at no cost to us when Sun Wing vacations didn't accommodate us, and she ensured that we were happy and safe.
Amanda understood that we were travelling with vulnerable persons, and ensured that our destinations knew this and was able to get us ground floor rooms near each other so we could keep any eye each other. Amanda is very good at her job and a pleasure to interact with. Keep up the great work, Amanda! You are an asset to your workplace.

From the moment we started planning with Amanda, she went above and beyond to satisfy us in every way possible. She is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to ensure that we had the best vacation ever.
We had some hiccups along the way near the end of the vacation with flights delays and Sun wing not accommodating us and having no where to go, and Amanda stepped up to the plate and got us situated in another hotel, at no cost to us, arranged transportation for us to the airport on the day our flight was leaving and really went ensured that we were felt safe, happy and assured us that everything would be alright. She dealt with all the little details so that we did not have to! She spent countless hours on hold with Sun wing trying to find out what was going on, she was very communicative and always answered when I called (and I called, A lot!)
