Amanda was wonderful and very friendly. She advocated for us when we had flight delays, she got us a room at no cost to us when Sun Wing vacations didn't accommodate us, and she ensured that we were happy and safe.
Amanda understood that we were travelling with vulnerable persons, and ensured that our destinations knew this and was able to get us ground floor rooms near each other so we could keep any eye each other.
